Work Packages
The TEACHUP project is implemented through four interconnected work packages that together ensure effective management, strong academic capacity building, the development and testing of teaching resources, and the wide dissemination of project results. The methodology combines project coordination, staff training, curriculum innovation, piloting, and stakeholder outreach in order to create sustainable change in teaching and learning practices in the social sciences.

Work Package 1: Project Management and Coordination
Lead partner: University of Prishtina (UP) | Co-lead: UNYT
This work package ensures the effective management, coordination, quality assurance, and monitoring of the project. It provides the operational framework needed for smooth implementation, timely communication among partners, risk management, and compliance with Erasmus+ requirements.
Main deliverables:
- D1.1 Project Management Handbook – defining management structures, roles, and implementation rules.
- D1.2 Mid-term and Final Reporting – narrative and financial reports for the project lifecycle.
- D1.3 Quality Assurance Reports – assessing project quality and implementation standards.

Work Package 2: Theoretical and Practical Training
Lead partner: Saxion University | Co-lead: PLUS Austria
Focuses on strengthening the pedagogical capacities of academic staff through advanced training in innovative teaching methods for Political Science, International Relations, and Human Rights.
Main deliverables:
- D2.1 Advanced Training Course Report – full documentation including materials and evaluation.
- D2.2 Best Practices Report – compiling innovative teaching methods identified.
- D2.3 Individual Teaching Improvement Plans – personalized plans prepared by participants.

Work Package 3: Development of Handbook and Piloting
Lead partner: PLUS Austria | Co-leads: Universum College, IEPSS
Objective is to develop a practical Handbook for teaching Political Science and International Relations using student-centred methods. Includes simulations and a study visit for students.
Main deliverables:
- D3.1 Handbook Module in Political Sciences – pedagogical resources and approaches.
- D3.2 Handbook Module in International Relations – teaching tools and activities.
- D3.3 Piloting Report – implementation and testing of materials in classrooms.
- D3.4 Study Visit Report – documentation of student mobility at University of Salzburg.

Work Package 4: Dissemination and Exploitation
Lead partner: UET Albania | Co-lead: CED Albania
Ensures visibility, communication, and sustainability of project results. Supports outreach to academic communities and stakeholders through events and digital tools.
Main deliverables:
- D4.1 Dissemination Plan – strategic document for communication and sustainability.
- D4.2 Project Website – official online platform for results.
- D4.3 Promotional Materials – visual materials to support visibility.
- D4.4 Newsletters – updates sharing progress and achievements.
- D4.5 Final Conference – closing event for academic partners and policy actors.
